How to return the ebay purchase?

Bought on EBAY seller sent the wrong item RETURN HELP!?

• So i purchased a razr2 black/gold luxury edition on ebay for 99.99 free shipping and also bought the squaretrade warranty on Tuesday Now 3 days go by and i receive a razr v3 gold in the mail on friday. I email them telling them what happened, since they have a customer service number that is just a number to leave a voice mail! i receive an email telling me about i need to send it back by filling out this form and all. I email them again explaining how they sent me a razr v3 instead of razr2 v8 and so they say there was a mistake and that the listing should have been for a razr v3 instead of razr2 v8 (which the listing was picture and details of razr2 black/gold) So now that i cant get the phone i want to get a refund. and they are continuing to tell me to send it back now i explained to them 2-3 times now that i will send it back to them but im not going to pay for the return shipping. Also i told them i want to return it tomorrow so i can get my money back asap to purchase another phone, but they email me sporadically 2pm 5pm. usually saying the same thing that i need to send the phone back one email said they were arranging for a return slip. the last email said to send it back any way i choose. I told them i will file a complaint tomorrow if i dont receive clear instructions on how i will return this item without having to pay for it. Anyone know what i should do? At first i just wanted to exchange for the navy razr2 but they are saying i cannot do that so now i just want a refund asap. i know send it back but im DEFINITLY not going to take a loss for this since the item they listed wasnt the one they intended on selling, i

  Eh file a complaint to PayPal and immediately escalate it to a claim and explain everything in detail to pay pal and if they don't reply fast you get to keep the phone and the refund.
