How do I use ebay and paypal?

  • I am new to ebay and paypal. How does this all work? How can I buy stuff off of ebay? Do I need a bank account, credit card, paypal account, etc? or can i just use cash as in dollar bills.

    To buy things on ebay ...you need to sign up ..go to the website and just do it..There is no cost for it...if you want to sell there will be a cost for listing....You can use cash if you like..You will need to verify a Bank Account if you want paypal..there is a confirmation of your information address etc..just go to the website and explore..most of us started that way..and it really is a self learning process..and fun I might add..Be careful and buy only from those with a lot of great positve feedback..next to their name will be a number ..as in mine which is over 800 positives..It is fun and just jump in get your feet wet..
