My coupons wont print from coupons.com!!!?

I've installed the coupon printer twice and it still wont print.When they are about to print it just says sending coupons to your printer but they don't print please help me

Did you restart your computer after the download? Sometimes this helps. Also check to make sure your printer is working properly by printing something else first.
