Yeah, as long as you try not to deal internationally. Why would you want to buy coupons from eBay? Coupons are given to you by manufacturers to promote their products and for you to pay less. One more thing, I used eBay for 3 years, but what stopped me from doing any more business was because of PayPal. Why are you buying coupons? Are they legal to sell? I have sold and bought quite a bit on fleaBay and was only stiffed once (not a big purchase). If you are careful to judge the person you are dealing with it can be fairly safe. I use PayPal too so I can pay without having to use my card directly. If the seller seems kind of iffy - just don't make the deal. .bh.
