How to pay for an item on ebay with paypal?

  • I bought a computer off ebay and it costs me 505$ Well i only have 498$ in paypal and it will not let me add funds from my bank account (i even called and they said i have to wait a few days) So how can i pay for it with the 498 from paypal and put the rest on my credit card? Please help me if i dont pay for it tonight i will not get it till like the Wednesday after Thankgiving.

    When you are on the Paypal page where it says confirm payment. You will see your amount and that the money is coming from you paypal balance. You will see a link that says other preferred payment or something like that. You click on the link and you will see other options to pay the remaining balance. If you have a credit card on file you can click the circle box, or Instant transfer from your bank account. There should be other options besides the transfer, they just don't have it clicked as your preferred method of payment. Now, you can also purchase a Greeddot Moneypak Card and add fund from there. Paypal will credit the $4.95 it cost for the card. Your money will be on there instantly once you punch in the code numbers into paypal.

If you already have a credit card set up with your paypal account, it should give you that option to pay the remaining balance after you've used up your Paypal account balance. If you don't have a credit card already set up, I'm pretty sure it can be set up and used immediately (unlike the bank accounts) unless the seller requires that it be confirmed, I think that might take longer?
