How to get 'name' attribute of item of string-array?

Paid for an item on ebay but item hasn't been shipped, how do i report this seller or get my item?

    VERY bad seller, I'm surprised they are still even on ebay and haven't been thrown off. ALWAYS read feedback before bidding. This seller has had 7 complaints in the past month or so, all the same as yours - didn't get item, item took forever to get to them, seller lost item..... the list goes on. You CAN open a dispute for item not received, but ebay will give you a time period you can do this, and you must wait two weeks from the end of the auction before you can open the dispute. Hopefully the item will arrive by then or at least some communication from this lax and terrible seller. NEVER buy from someone with less than 98% positive feedback in the future, and always read their feedback. To do this, just click on their feedback number, and the report shows up.

You need to give it time, they have 2 weeks for your item to arrive. You may not even be able to open a case yet, when you go to the Resolution Center it won't let you and will show a date when you can..You do have buyer protection, so they won't get far with your money....Some sellers don't even post the shipping, really only new sellers so that they can get their funds from the hold that paypal places for new accounts... edit: the fact that you have asked this question in different ways, so many times, you probably got on their nerve and they are ignoring you...
