Paying with PayPal on eBay?

Problem with paying for ebay items via paypal?

It says on ebay that the item has been purchased but i still need to pay for it. i have already been through checkout. i have talked to an ebay advisor as on the pay now page for the item there is no link to paypal- they told me to go to the paypal website and pay through there. my paypal is linked to the ebay account. i go to the part of the paypal website that says pay for ebay items and it tells me to pay with the ebay checkout (despite the fact that i have already done so!), giving me no other option. paypal customer service is crappy. .help!!
Answer:

You could send the money to the seller's email/paypal and have them mark the item as paid for manually.
