I Never got my postal order? from ebay what should I do?

ok so i sold someone a bottle of perfume on ebay it was around £45 pounds and they said they said they will post the money 1st class on monday (which was 3 weeks ago) and to post the perfume on the same day, since there going away anyway i never got the money, and they said it might have got lost in the post and thats not there fault. what do you think of this situation? ( sorry if i can't spell) :(
