How can I cheaply and effectively promote my new eBay shop?

Ebay? No items received? No refund? No email replies? EBAY SHOP DELETED????!!!!?

  • I've ordered 2 items off an Ebay shop Eazy Apparel over 2 weeks ago, Nothing came, no one replied to emails, and the ebay shop WAS DELETED THIS MORNING. What can I do about this?

    Open a item not received dispute through paypals resolution centre & escalate to a claim, advised the seller is no longer a registered user (is this what you mean re deleted) You have 45 days from the payment date to open a dispute so keep on eye on the time frame. Paypal will then investigate & most likely refund your money.

Just file an "item not received" claim on eBay. It will take you to the PayPal site where you'll open a dispute claim. You should be about to recoup some of your money if not all.

If you paid with Paypal, make a claim with them. You have 30 days after a purchase to get a refund for non delivery of goods. If you used a credit card contact them. Also contact ebay.

Contact ebay directly, they'll have an email address or phone number somewhere in the help section.

Contact the seller and keep the messages. I assume you paid with Paypal ? Lodge a dispute through Paypal. You really ought to read the instructions which e bay have an abundance of !!
