You'll pay your state tax and locality (city) tax where ever you live or in which ever state you have it delivered to. I ordered a tricycle through Walmart online, had it delivered to my local Walmart, and paid no shipping. If you can't do the work to figure it out yourself, are you really going to even lift up the dumbbell?
