What is a Blemished Item?

I still didn't get my item from ebay what should i do?

• i recently bought an android sprint phone that was used.i contacted the seller 3 times and i went to the usps office that he said that he delivered it to.when i went there the office said the tracking number was invalid.it has been over a month and a half and i still haven't received my item.i left negative feedback on the person although they say that they have positive feedback and i looked at their profile and they did but this is the worst ever.i bought the item over on christmas and its been at least a month and a half now heading into feburary.i bought the item on december 14.how can i get my item i do not want a refund i want my item?What are your thoughts?

  You can get a refund through paypal, just raise a dispute, but you should have done this sooner rather than later. also don't leave feedback until the situation is resolved or you get your item.
