Amazon's release-date delivery?

I ordered something today at 2:30PM. Will it arrive tomorrow?

  • I ordered something today with Amazons 'express delivery'. I ordered it at 2:30PM. Apparently if you order after 2PM it will not arrive the next day but on the email they sent me it says: 'Guaranteed delivery date: 8 Feb 2012'

  • Answer:

The cutoff times are based on the location of the warehouse with the merchandise. If the email says guaranteed delivery then you have to trust it. In a couple of hours check the status and see if it has actually shipped. It will tell the delivery date. ℬ ℋ

It it says 8 Feb 2012, you'll get it today. Don't worry! Maybe when at you it was 2:30 PM, at them (at the warehouse) it was 1:30 PM or even less. Have you thought about that?
