How do I go about contacting YAHOO in regards to making a purchase and not receiving the goods?

I went on line and purchased some indoor tanning lotion and it is a YAHOO sponsored site. the money was taken out of my account but I have never recieved the products. I have emailed the address but no response. i am at a loss as to how to try and either get my money back or get the product.
