I want to purchase a pair of Nikes from them, but I'm not so sure if they are just a scam or they are selling fake shoes.

This is a typical Chinese scam site, they are either selling cheap, illegal, shoddy fakes or aren't selling anything at all and are just stealing people's money. Either way, stay away from this site. Always check websites before purchasing via www.who.is, and avoid all sites in China, any site online less than one year, any site deemed inactive, any site with a private domain registrar - all signs of a scam. If you want real Nikes, try Zappos, 6pm.com, ( their clearance site), ebay, amazon, overstock.com, or any major department store website.
