Are there any online auctions besides ebay that i dont have to buy bid packs?

are there any online auctions like ebay? i buy alot from ebay,but are there any like ebay? i dont want any that i gotta buy bid packs either,thats a waste of money. penny auctions would be nice,but anything is ok
