What is a good website to get grocery savings and printable coupons or free samples?

For coupons, I go to http://www.couponsonfb.com and for free stuff, I go to http://www.egetitfree.com Both sites are organized into categories, so it's easier to find what you're looking for. Couponsonfb has tons of printable grocery coupons, coupon codes and online discounts, and at egetitfree, I've never had to use a credit card, pay shipping or fill out lengthy surveys to get free stuff. You can find many sites offering printable coupons. These coupons can help you save money on all aspects of your cost of living. Hunting and finding coupons online can help keep your budget to a minimum. Your favorite brands more than likely offer online printables. Go to your favorite brand’s official website. You may be asked to register with them for security reasons. This is no big deal and will enable them to send you future offers. There are several well known websites, such as SmartSource, RedPlum and Coupons.com. You should be able to find coupons on these sites that offer your favorite brand names. You may even find new items you would like to try at a drastic discount. If you don’t feel like printing coupons, some local grocers offer e-coupons. Lowes Foods offers this. You can go to their website and click on the offers you would like to take advantage of. Cellfire.com is also a site that offers this. You click on the grocery stores you are interested in and they will download the coupons to your shoppers reward card. No clipping, no hassle. You present your card to the cashier and the coupons will automatically be deducted from your total. As far as free samples...a little known fact is that walmart.com has a free samples page and you can sign up for free samples there. I have always received the samples I have signed up for there and they normally have a great coupon with them.

Free samples will also come with coupons. I also avoid survey sites and sites that require downloads in order to get the coupons.
