What is the review on the site torpedobags.com? is that site reliable?

  I cant get any info to show on the regular sites I check on, about different sites. To me, it looks pretty impressive On the contact us page, he gives email address --which is in the US. phone, and even his cell phone, which he says " best" beside it. He's not making himself unavailable at all or cloaking his information. Usually confirmation emails end up in the spam folder, as they are not on your contact list. Look there.
