How do you use a coupon promo code when purchasing an eticket?

I was buying a ticket using Cathay Pacific on their website. Ive noticed this promo code on another website http://www.onetravel.com/travel/airlines/cathaypacificairways-cx.html but when it came down to booking it, i did not see one place where I could enter the promo code, how do i use it?

I don't think the OneTravel promo works on the CP website. You can try phoning them to see if they will accept the code. It doesn't seem like you can enter it on the CP site.

Maybe there is a problem with your browser. Try check on other browser like Chrome etc. There should be a place in there whee you can enter. If not yet, you can send ticket to support.
