costume? or custom? they are two different type of decal or paint jobs you know.... take a photo of car and use a graphic editing program like Photoshop or Photomax to get a basic idea of colors... If you mean like how they did in Fast and Furious movie... find a techie who's good at image manipulation or ground -upwards imaging construction and go from there...

if u have a ppg paint supplyer by u some of them have computer program to help u or a custom bodyshop
