How can you rearrange your toolbar?

How do i rearrange my toolbar add-on icons?

• I recently upgraded my internet explorer to a newer version and now i can't see my mail notification on my yahoo toolbar unless i click the double arrows for the drop down menu.

  It's easy to fix. The double arrows are called chevrons and indicate Y! toolbar buttons that can't fit on the current line (overflow). You can click the Y! toolbar Settings button (avatar or the 2nd button to the right of the words Web Search) and click Show Text on Buttons (that actually removes the text and will allow more icons on the current line. Or click the Settings Button, click Add/Edit buttons and look at the rightmost pane. You can reposition your Y! toolbar buttons by hightlighting (clicking) a button and moving it up or down on the toolbar. Make sure you save your changes. :-)
