Where is pop up blocker on new yahoo toolbar?

I just updated my toolbar because I kept getting popups on one site and the help referred to yahoo anti spy feature not available on one I had. Now I don't see a button for pop-up blocker

If you go to the edit button (pencil icon) next to the Yahoo! logo in your Yahoo! Toolbar, a drop-down box will appear and list "Toolbar Options..." at the top. Select that option and note whether or not the "Pop-Up Blocker" option is activated by clicking on the small check box to the left of the option. On another note, if you are editing other buttons in your Yahoo! Toolbar, the "Personal Options" selection under the same pencil icon should prove useful.
