The Pencil Menu on my Yahoo! Toolbar is not visible. Why?

I installed my Yahoo! toolbar. Now I need to edit it but I can't find the Pencil or its menu. It is not in the 'more' button either. Do I have to reinstall?? Thanks.

You can put it on there. click on view at the top of your home page then go to toolbar options.
