What's the action bar?

Why does Yahoo keep mentioning "action bar" and there is NO action bar?

• I have never seen the word "action" anywhere. Why Why Why. How are we supposed to know where it is??????????????????????????????

  I don't know where they came up with the idea to name it "action bar" - it only causes lots of confusion. Here's how to find it: When you open your question it's the gray shaded bar under the question, just click on edit (pencil icon) and you'll see a drop down menu, there you can click on extend expiration to extend the life of your question. You can only extend your question by 4 days and it must be within the first 4 days to do it. -T
