How do I uninstall the latest Yahoo Toolbar?

How do I uninstall my Yahoo toolbar.?

  • I have seen other answers on how to do this but they haven't helped. I do not see the "pencil" button on the toolbar. The only listing for Yahoo in my programs is for Yahoo chat which my wife uses and we have had for a while without the toolbar. I don't know how the toolbar started.
