Where's the pencil menu on the Yahoo toolbar?

My pencil menu on Yahoo Toolbar is missing even after restarting my browser like Yahoo suggests. Can you help?

All I am trying to do is refresh my yahoo toolbar and Yahoo suggests going to the pencil menu that is suppose to be between the big red Y and the search box. All I see is an inverted arrow, but when I click on it it does not give the option to refresh. I closed the browser like Yahoo suggests and reopened it but the pencil menu is still not there. Can someone please help? Thanks for any help you might be able to offer.

This may not help but it won't hurt either. I have a Yahoo bar too. Mine does not have a pencil icon. It has a settings button which is basically the same thing. Look for your settings instead of a pencil. Hope that helps a little.
