How do you delete a website address?

How can I delete website address on top address bar.?

  • Pl do not tell me to go to history, select the particular address and delete. What i'm talking about address get written on address bar, how to remove them. Like you type in yahoo.com. Now for the day, you can remove it by going to history, but how to remove it from address bar as it will remain there. Any help?

    I'm pretty sure you go to Tools in the top right corner of your screen. Then you press Delete Browsing History, and then Delete History. If that wasn't what you were looking for, I don't know any other methods. If you press Delete History, all the websites visited and saved into the address bar will be deleted. So if you try to see the list of websites visited after you delete history, it'll be completely blank.

Alright - Just go up to the address bar, right-click on it, and Highlight.. Then hit your Delete key! You can highlight and remove the whole thing, OR leave the Http://www. or just the www. if you want to save yourself time re-typing it.
