Im having trouble with my yahoo toolbar on my screen how can i delete it?

For Internet Explorer you can uninstall (remove) the Yahoo toolbar in add or remove programs (programs and features under Vista). If you are talking about the toolbar producing messages every several seconds, then click the Gear Icon at the far right of the Yahoo toolbar, click Toolbar Preferences, and uncheck the box Enable Feature Tips, click Done.
