How do I uninstall the toolbar?

How to uninstall Yahoo! Toolbar in Vista OS?

Hi, how to uninstall Yahoo! Toolbar in Microsoft Vista OS? I have tried to uninstall from "Program and Features" inside Control Panel but after that all Yahoo! program disappeared from the list. Yet in the IE there is still Yahoo! Toolbar in the drop-down menu and also can be use. That means the uninstall is not efficient and failed! PLEASE HELP ME & IMPROVE YAHOO TOOLBAR!

Maybe you are running with Standard priviliges and you need to run with Administrative priviliges to uninstall. Maybe UAC (user access control) is turned off and you don't see any messages. Maybe try using the Settings icon on the Yahoo toolbar. Click Settings, click Help, click Uninstall toolbar. The most likely answer is that you didn't close Internet Explorer after the uninstall.
