What is the action bar?

What is "The Action Bar" here at yahoo?

  • these yahoo cretins are offering to let me extend a question of mine and they tell me to use the action bar but I don't see anything that says action bar on it. WTF????

    I have only seen this once when I had to extend my question, so I am doing this from memory. And you are right that there is nothing labelled Action Bar. After you click to extend, they take you to a screen. In the middle of that screen, there is a number of boxes, 3 I think, one of which is labelled Edit. Click there and you are given the choice to extend your question. Hope this helps.
