How do I put the pop up blocker on my toolbar list?

I like the use of toolbars and I also like having 2 browsers one is explorer and the other is Firefox?

I have all the toolbars I want on expire and I have had a lot of difficulty getting the same tool bars one both browsers. For some reason I have no idea of why, But I was Finlay allowed to put yahoo and google toolbars on FIREFOX, but I cant get msn toolbar on . I get all the step by step instructions that I click run and my pop-up blocker lets me allow or not and I allow and then save and then nothing happens other that it wanting to start from the finish like I never started anything in the first place, any of you young computer freaks know whats happening and can lead me the right way to get msn toolbar installed?

Unfortunately the latest version of the Microsoft toolbar called Windows Live toolbar (part of Windows Live Essentials) does not support Firefox. This is well documented by Microsoft under their System Requirements.
