How do i get my windows xp toolbar back?

i just reformatted my computer and the toolbar and all the windows look like windows 98 or something. when i go into properties to change the theme to windows XP, it isn't there. only windows classic there. how do i get my windows XP theme back? thanks.

Answer:
Right click an open area on the desktop, click Properties, click Appearance, select Windows XP style. You might want to right click My Computer, click Properties and verify your OS (operating system)!
