How do i remove the Yahoo! Taskbar from my installed files?

I have tried to remove it but it will not go away. I hate this kind of programs.
Answer:

1) Click on the "Start" button in the lower-left corner 2) Click on "Control Panel" 3) Click on "Add/Remove Programs" 4) Scroll down to find "Yahoo Toolbar" 5) Click "Remove" and follow instructions 6) Reboot the computer 7) If it comes back repost your question
