How can I delete a bookmark?

I delete a bookmark but it doesn't disappear in the bookmark drop-down palette. When I go to "Go to bookmark" page, I cannot see the deleted bookmark but it is still in the drop-down palette.

If it is your Yahoo bookmarks when you click book marks it says save bookmarks & under that it says Go to bookmarks click that it will put them in a format where you have the delete option. mark it & click delete*

Go to your drop down menu of bookmarks, roll mouse down to highlight bookmark to be deleted, then right click and scroll down to 'delete' and left click 'delete'.
