How do I add the Yahoo toolbar to my homepage?

I accidentally erased it from my homepage , I dont know where or how. I looked for it at yahoo,trying"make yahoo my homepage" to no effect.Please be specific as I am not very computer savvy. Thankyou.

they stopped giving them out for free. i got mine off e bay. i will be moving out of the country so mine will become useless to me. i ll sell you my toolbar for 10 bucks if you are interested.
