How long does it take for the new Yahoo! Toolbar to download?

K, so I am currently downloading the Yahoo Toolbar. A new window pooped up with the new toolbar but the old window says"Yahoo! Toolbar is now being installed.." It's been installing for over ten minutes. After I got fed up with that, I shut down the internet then turned it back on. I didn't have the new toolbar! So I re-donwloaded it and all the buttons I added before were still there. So long story short, what is going on with the toolbar and how long does it take to install?

Answer:
It doesn't take that long. Hit the yellow bar to down the active x controls. Click view above and enter toolbars. Click them on and off there. Start over if needed.

I think I identified the problem. The problem is located between the back of the chair and the keyboard. That window that popped up has to be responded to. You are supposed to click Next.
