Why can't I delete my Yahoo! bookmarks?

I just deleted several bookmarks from the "Go to Bookmarks" page, but when I went to the drop-down Bookmarks tab on the toolbar, they're all still there! What can I do to get rid of them?

Refresh your yahoo toolbar or close and re-open browser.
