Icon for Yahoo Tool bar Pop-Up will not display?

I have just upgraded to the newest tool bar has to resolve an issue that I was having with the anti-spy ware download problem now I have occur another problem, the pop-up icon will not come up on my tool bar. I have trying re download the the tool bar and and trying several times to turn off and back on the pop up option and and I cannot get the icon to come up on the tool bar! I have look under every listing on the tool bar and I cannot find it and appears not to be working. Any ideas

Report the problem to Yahoo! Customer Care. Use the Internet Explorer pop-up blocker. Click Tools and turn it on.
