How to get tool, file, view, back on my screen?

I have lost my tool bar/address bar, no "file", no "view" no "tools" etc how do I get them back...I am using f?

I was trying to get rid of a toolbar from my internet provider and also must have clicked off my foxfire tool bar...help....

Hiya, iv just had a very similar problem, but thanks to "Tezzy" she posted this and it worked!! Hope it helps. If you open your web browser and hit the Alt key on your keyboard, your menu should open. Then you can go to View -> Toolbars and re-select your Menu Bar.

Try pressing f11 or if you are on a laptop and it requires a function key first, press function+f11. That makes your computer go in and out of full screen.
