How could I get just the yahoo toolbar back on my screen?

I had the yahoo internet explorer toolbar did not want this so I got rid of it. Now i am trying to get just get the yahoo toolbar back. also i would like to get just the microsoft internet explorer one back i some how lost both carol

Look under the "View" menu in internet explorer and you can turn them back on from there.
