How do I set up a pop up blocker?

I set my pop up blocker to allow eBay.com I try to add pic to my listing & it won't allow it.Says POPUPS OK

I am trying to post RED SOX items with photos to eBay and have set my pop-up blocker to allow that site. The icon on toolbar says "Pop Ups ok", but it is still blocking site and will not let me get to "myPictures" and send the appropriate photo to eBay. Help!!! VERY TIME SENSITIVE.In the ALCS we beat the Indians and tonight we have beaten Cleaveland to win the first toward the WORLD SERIES. I've got 7-8 items to sell ASAP. Please helpme? Thankyou, pattyb

The issue is did you turn off all pop-up blockers? If you have a pop-up blocker on the Yahoo toolbar, you might also have a pop-up blocker on Internet Explorer. Both come into play. That is why I don't use pop-up blockers on any of my toolbars and only use the IE pop-up blocker.
