How can I get my bookmarks back?

I lost my bookmarks and my bookmarks tab is now greyed out, how do I get it back so I can add bookmarks again?

I had lots of bookmarks, but they were not there next time I opened my browser. If I click on Bookmarks at top of the page all the options are greyed out. I cant even add bookmarks by right clicking on a page. Is there some way I can get the option back? Maybe even my old bookmarks too?
Answer:

I assume you are using the BT Yahoo browser. Bottom line: Yahoo browser is no longer supported by BT. Don't use it! Use Internet Explorer or Firefox and install the latest version of the Yahoo toolbar (toolbar.yahoo.com). Click the green plus near the far end of the Yahoo toolbar, click Yahoo! Services and add the bookmarks app. Forget about accessing Yahoo toolbar bookmarks from your homepage. Use the bookmarks app on the Yahoo toolbar. If you don't want to do the above, then talk to your BT tech support. You should still be able to access your Yahoo bookmarks at bookmarks.yahoo.com. For some odd reason BT users usually don't Vote for Best Answer. Please do so. Thanks.
