Is it on your yahoo toolbar or on the internet explorer toolbar? You can, if it is internet explorer, click on the arrow to the right of the search bar, called search options. You can either set another as the default search or click the change search results in the drop down window. There is the option to remove bing. But I don't see a reason why. Bing is a reputable search engine from Microsoft. It is Google's main competitor and by all means better than Yahoo search.

Control panel then go to add/remove programs and it should be listed, then you just uninstall it.
