How do I get on the address book on the new Yahoo mail?

Have BT Yahoo Mail - after updating Yahoo tool bar, ran Spyware option, now cannot get pop-ups (address book)?

  • Have since deleted Yahoo toolbar as I though this might be blocking pop-ups - but problem persists. Could running Yahoo spyware have deleted something that now stops pop-ups. My email provider can log onto my account and get access to the address book pop-up window, so it looks like problem has occured as a result of the toolbar update and / or by running spyware option from that toolbar, which resulted in the deletion of a number of files.

    If you have removed the yahoo toolbar, then the pop-up blocker is gone from the yahoo toolbar. To let a pop-up go through, press down the Ctrl key, then the link you want to go through. As soon as you release the Ctrl key, the pop-up blocker will be activated again. The pop-up blocker on ie 7, is probably blocking the pop-ups. If all your toolbars are gone, then maybe the pop-up blocker in control is Internet Explorer. Click Tools and look at Pop-Up blocker.
