How do I add my groups to the tool bar?

I cannot add icons to my tool bar?

• Several icons disappeared from my tool bar and cannot be re-added . Also when you click Customize on the tool bar the box on right side of the screen displays all your tool bar icons. Mine shows nothing.

  Some people use the generic term toolbar to mean Internet Explorer. It can also mean a toolbar available under IE. Worse yet, some use toolbar to mean Yahoo toolbar. You don't say what icons disappeared, so all I can say is right click Tools and click the toolbar(s) you want. As for customize (assuming you mean right click Tools, move mouse to Customize and click Add or Remove Commands), you should be able to add commands from the left side to the right side. These will appear on the IE command bar (the bar with House icon). If you are talking about the Y toolbar, then you should be using the Y toolbar settings button and add/edit buttons to add icons to the toolbar.
