How do i get my tabs yahoo toolbar back on my internet explorer?

i want to be able to pull up my homepage then go to my address bar and type in what site i wantto view, then i used to be able to click add tab and then i could view another site without pulling up a new window and slowing my computer down. so can anyone help me with this??? it has something to do with yahoo toolbar....

Click the ie icon on the desk top to start a new frame. If this does not work restart your pc.

To add a new tab, click the blank square that is to the right of the Gold, and the Gold and Green stars. If you do not have that, you are not using ie 7, if you are, reinstall it, because something is not working correctly.
