What does the action bar look like?

• I asked a question 3 days ago and have not received an answer yet. I got an email telling me I can extend the question another 4 days. Just click on the question and use the action bar. I'm so dumb that I don't know what the action bar looks like. I thought it meant the answer bar but I clicked on it and it didn't work. So what does the action bar look like?
