How do I uninstall the yahoo toolbar?

How can I uninstall the Yahoo toolbar with explorer 7?

  • Yahoo invited to install internet explore 7...I did but the yahoo toolbar came with it sat on my Google toolbar and caused conflict. Especially when I needed to access my Google Adwords account...a few times a day. I decided to uninstall both explorer 7 and the Yahoo toolbar. Explorer uninstalled OK..but even though I asked to remove Yahoo and it has gone from the list, it remains..dominating my Google toolbar and when I try to open my Google Adwords page..A white flashing Yahoo titled page comes up and then won't let me Access Adwords...I haven't got much work done today because of this....Help from somebody knowledgable please.

    To uninstall the Yahoo toolbar, click the pencil icon and go to the last option:Uninstall. Install IE 7 from Microsoft website and there won't be a problem. It may still say Provided by Yahoo, but ignore that. Unless you know how to use regedit, you can't get rid of that message.

To uninstall the Yahoo. Toolbar, click the "Toolbar Settings" select "Uninstall" from the drop-down menu.

While on the Internet, click on View, Toolbars, and remove the checkmark from the Yahoo toolbar. Then click on Lock the Toolbars at the bottom. This will lock your choices in place. This doesn't actually remove the toolbar, but it will get it out of your face and off the screen.

go to view on your browser click toolbars uncheck yahoo toolbar
