Answer:
Browser toolbar----Right click a blank space in that area and click "customize". Here you can move buttons from the "available" list TO the "current" list---and visa versa----then "reset". Yahoo toolbar-----click down arrow of the settings icon---it's the yellow pencil in older version--OR--the avatar icon in newer version. Then point at "personal options" and click "add/edit buttons". On that page---UN-check the buttons you don't want -AND- Check the ones you want to add. Then click on "change layout" and here you should arrange the buttons in order of importance (you'll see how). Then click "finished". You may have to refresh for changes to take affect.
