How can I delete my Yahoo! Toolbar?

Ok so some program made me install the Yahoo! Toolbar and it said I can make it go away permanently on add/remove programs. BUT I went to the add/remove programs and DELETED IT and when I when back on the internet, IT WONT GO AWAY! The toolbar messed up my Google home page and it's slowing down my WHOLE computer. What should I do? How can I make it go away???
