How do I get yahoo toolbar I tried to download it from yahoo but it doesn't work?

Tried to download toolbar from yahoo but my screen keeps jumping and the message dome up please try again and nothing happens after several retries

Try downloading something else, like the Google toolbar (toolbar.google.com) just to see if you have same problem.

http://toolbar.yahoo.com Restart the pc and try again. Make sure to hit the yellow bar for active X. Hit view above and click it if it is there already.
